We will review your inquiry within 24 business hours. We will determine the scope of the work to be done.
Once you’ve accepted the quote, you’ll be added to the schedule.
We require a $35 non-refundable holding fee to secure the scheduled date.
Step 3
On your scheduled date, Jason will arrive on-site and provide you with the quality work you deserve.
Once the job is complete, you’ll be back to enjoying your home!

Exterior: wood rot/dry rot, investigate & repair, fence repair, deck repair, spot painting, mailbox install
Garage: water heater strap install, concrete crack repair, minor garage door repair, HVAC filter replacement,custom man cave
Windows/doors: door replacement, door alignment & adjustment, window seal, winterize, install window AC unit

Pricing
- General jobs are charged by the hour. $100 per hour, this includes taxes and payment fees (materials not included).
- The $35 holding fee will go towards your hourly charge.
- Custom projects can vary depending on size of the project and materials.

Hello, my name is Jason Colunga. Originally from Utah.
I met my wife in Kennewick where we started building our life together. We have lived in all 3 cities with our 3 kids and have grown to love the Tri-cities community.
I’m a local entrepreneur. I enjoy working with my hands and especially enjoy serving people. I also personally know the frustration that comes when you’re behind on house maintenance. The to-do lists can be as long as your arm.
